Este dissabte hem gaudit d\u2019un showcooking en directe a c\u00e0rrec del xef Jos\u00e9 Luis Gadea (Grupo Monpiedra), que ha elaborat receptes amb producte de qualitat del mateix mercat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les persones assistents han pogut degustar totes les elaboracions \u2014des pasta amb mousse de guacamole a empedrao i postres de clementina\u2014, aix\u00ed com productes de la prov\u00edncia i un tast de vins de la Cooperativa de Viver. A m\u00e9s, l\u2019estand de la Tourist Info ha donat a con\u00e9ixer les propostes de Castell\u00f3 Ruta del Sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Per \u00faltim, s\u2019han repartit bosses amb un disseny especial entre les persones que han comprat al llarg del mat\u00ed al Mercat Municipal, impulsant aix\u00ed el comer\u00e7 local i el consum de productes frescos i de proximitat.
