{"id":17088,"date":"2025-09-19T09:31:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T07:31:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcafedepipa.com\/?p=17088"},"modified":"2025-09-19T09:31:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T07:31:44","slug":"investigat-a-castello-el-propietari-dun-comerc-per-vendre-roba-falsificada-de-marques-reconegudes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcafedepipa.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/19\/investigat-a-castello-el-propietari-dun-comerc-per-vendre-roba-falsificada-de-marques-reconegudes\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigat a Castell\u00f3 el propietari d\u2019un comer\u00e7 per vendre roba falsificada de marques reconegudes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil, en el marc de l\u2019operaci\u00f3 <strong>\u201cCSSCF Falsus\u201d<\/strong>, ha investigat un home de 47 anys com a presumpte autor d\u2019un delicte contra la propietat industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La intervenci\u00f3 va ser duta a terme per la <strong>Secci\u00f3 Fiscal i de Fronteres de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil de Castell\u00f3<\/strong> el passat <strong>16 de setembre<\/strong>, en diversos locals comercials de la ciutat dedicats a la venda de productes falsificats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la investigaci\u00f3, els agents van inspeccionar <strong>dos establiments<\/strong> on el presumpte autor emmagatzemava i comercialitzava roba i complements falsificats de reconegudes marques internacionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total, es van <strong>confiscar prop de 2.000 articles<\/strong>, que han quedat a disposici\u00f3 judicial i pendents de peritatge per part de les firmes afectades per tal de confirmar-ne l\u2019origen fraudulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les dilig\u00e8ncies instru\u00efdes han sigut <strong>remeses al Jutjat d\u2019Instrucci\u00f3 de gu\u00e0rdia de Castell\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil ha recordat que la venda de productes falsificats <strong>perjudica greument l\u2019economia legal, vulnera els drets de propietat industrial i pot afectar les persones consumidores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil, en el marc de l\u2019operaci\u00f3 \u201cCSSCF Falsus\u201d, ha investigat un home de 47 anys com a presumpte autor d\u2019un delicte contra la propietat industrial.
