{"id":13487,"date":"2025-04-30T11:16:06","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T09:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcafedepipa.com\/?p=13487"},"modified":"2025-04-30T11:16:07","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T09:16:07","slug":"la-guardia-civil-dete-una-persona-per-pesca-illegal-de-datils-de-mar-a-benicarlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcafedepipa.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/30\/la-guardia-civil-dete-una-persona-per-pesca-illegal-de-datils-de-mar-a-benicarlo\/","title":{"rendered":"La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil det\u00e9 una persona per pesca il\u00b7legal de d\u00e0tils de mar a Benicarl\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil ha detingut un home de 47 anys com a presumpte autor d\u2019un delicte contra la flora i fauna silvestre despr\u00e9s de ser sorpr\u00e9s capturant <strong>d\u00e0tils de mar<\/strong>, una esp\u00e8cie marina protegida, a la platja del <strong>Surrach<\/strong>, dins del terme municipal de Benicarl\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els fets van tindre lloc el passat 29 d\u2019abril durant un operatiu rutinari del <strong>Servei Mar\u00edtim Provincial de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil de Castell\u00f3<\/strong>, que mant\u00e9 dispositius permanents de control i vigil\u00e0ncia per a protegir el medi mar\u00ed al litoral de la prov\u00edncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els agents van interceptar l\u2019individu amb <strong>quatre quilos de d\u00e0tils de mar<\/strong>, una pr\u00e0ctica altament perjudicial per a l\u2019ecosistema, ja que per a extraure\u2019ls \u00e9s necessari destruir el substrat roc\u00f3s, alterant greument l\u2019equilibri ambiental del fons mar\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de la captura, tamb\u00e9 li va ser <strong>intervingut l\u2019equip de busseig aut\u00f2nom<\/strong> utilitzat per a l\u2019extracci\u00f3, compost per una botella d\u2019aire comprimit, regulador, xalec hidrost\u00e0tic i diverses eines espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>dilig\u00e8ncies<\/strong> instru\u00efdes han estat traslladades als <strong>Jutjats de Gu\u00e0rdia de Vinar\u00f2s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil ha detingut un home de 47 anys com a presumpte autor d\u2019un delicte contra la flora i fauna silvestre despr\u00e9s de ser sorpr\u00e9s capturant d\u00e0tils de mar, una esp\u00e8cie marina protegida, a la platja del Surrach, dins del terme municipal de Benicarl\u00f3.
